What is Compliance pack
Definition
The bundle of documents proving a worker is eligible, vetted and insured: right to work, references, certifications, insurance and signed terms.
Applies to: US and UK · Reviewed by James Doyle
In practice
Clients audit packs at onboarding and again at contract renewal. Missing evidence is the most common reason a good agency loses a preferred-supplier slot.
Build the pack template before your first placement. Retrofitting it across thirty live contractors is a month of nobody selling.
